We believe that financial giving is one way God has invited us to worship Him by caring for and sustaining well all that He has given us. Some churches tend to be shy in asking for donations to make it possible to keep ministry viable in a particular community or among a group of people.
We believe in absolute transparency with our finances, understanding that people in the past tended to second guess where their money went when they gave it to a church. We believe that having you see our spending for the mission will encourage you to give generously, and make more of an impact in this world for the gospel.
Knowing where your money is going isn't enough, we also have to give in complete trust and dependence on God, believing He is always our Source and Sustainer. When we do have what we think we need this is an opportunity to ask for help, from God and the Church. We aren't here to give handouts, but we are here to provide support, help, and compassion to you in your difficult moments and help you get back on your feet. This is what real justice looks like, helping to carry each other's burdens, not to create dependency on people but to make space for an interdependent community who is fully aware of and active in our dependence on God alone.
If you have any questions about how your donations are used, simply ask. You can contact us by filling out a form under the RESOURCES tab. The Mailing Address is below and in the footer.
